Prices

The prices published on this website are current. However, the developers reserve the right to adjust prices as market conditions demand. Please email or call for an accurate price.

Binders, Reservation Fees, and Down Payments

All apartments are sold under the terms of a legal contract. We will accept binders under a purchase agreement and take the unit off the market, but look forward to signing a contract within 30 to 60 days.

If a buyer chooses to sign contracts outside the Dominican Republic, all additional fees for notarization or consular certification are at the buyer's expense.

Full Buyer Protection

All contracts are executed by our legal representatives in Sosua.

They are typically structured with a 10% deposit; 40% within 60 days; 25% within another 60 days or when rough construction is finished, 15% on delivery, 10% on legal finalization.

Construction

Owners will be allowed to occupy their apartments during construction of the project. The developers will reasonably provide whatever is needed make this occupancy enjoyable, clean, and safe. However, some disturbance and the use of temporary facilities may occur during this time. A full description of these and our plan for construction is available.
