All payments are accepted only under the terms of a legal contract.

Contracts are signed in Sosua, Dominican Republic at the offices of our lawyers. If a buyer chooses to sign contracts outside the Dominican Republic, all incremental fees for notarization or consular certification are at the buyer's expense.
